We added a Task Manager to Mosaic to let you manage basic tasks and reminders for your Projects, as not everyone needs one, this is an optional paid feature on Mosaic, see this article for instructions to turn it on in your Projects.
Click on the Tasks Tab to view the Tasks Dashboard
The Tasks are split between To Do's and Documents
To Do's are simple reminders to perform an action, Document Reminders remind you to upload a document
Click on List to View the Tasks in a List format
You can filter and sort by Due Date, Type or Status
You can view the Project Specific Task Manager Dashboard
The Task Manager Dashboard will display all the Tasks created on this Project, regardless of who they are assigned to
Click on My Tasks to view all Tasks assigned to you
Click on a Task to view more details
You can also click the icons to perform quick actions
This is the Task View
Editing the Task is easy
Change the details of the Task and Update it
Mark the Task as Completed once done
Completed Tasks will sit on the "Completed" side of the board
You can Re-Open a Task if you accidentally Complete one
You can Mark a Task as In Progress directly from the Card View
Document Tasks
When You have been assigned a document Mosaic will create a Task like this in your Task Manager
If you want to Assign a Document Task to someone, you can also do this via the PCI
From the PCI, assign a document to someone or yourself
Choose the Collaborator you want to assign the Document to
You will see on the Task Manager Dashboard you have a New Document Task
You can upload the Document directly from the Task
Click on upload to begin the upload process
