HARI Colour codes
What do the colours of HARIs denote?
Not Yet Completed:
A Grey HARI tile has not yet been completed
LIVE Risk:
A Red tile denotes a LIVE Risk, one which has been identified but had no mitigation or further information supplied
Eliminated:
A Risk which has been Eliminated, as it is either not present, has been eliminated via mitigation, or is deemed to be "not significant".
Residual Risk, Reduced:
A risk which has been reduced in risk level due to mitigation or information supplied which should help mitigate the risk on site.
Residual Risk, Not Reduced:
A risk which has been discussed, and has had mitigation applied which does not reduce the level of risk, or no additional information is available to provide.
Transferred:
A design change has been suggested, most likely requires further discussion at the next design meeting.
I don't know:
The user has said "I don't know" in response to the HARI questioning.
