The Project Directory is your list of participants on a particular Project
To add a new User, click on the Add User button and follow the wizard.
Until they accept your invitation and accept the Duties and Responsibilities assigned to them, the Collaborators you invite to a Project will appear in the "Invitees" section of the directory. Once their Role on the project has been accepted they will be added to the main Project Directory. Until the user has accepted their legally appointed role on the Project they cannot be considered to have been properly appointed.
You can edit the CDM appointment and Discipline of a User at any time, using the EDIT button on the Directory.
You can Archive a User, which will retain their input on the Project but remove them from the Directory and stop sending them notifications.
A User who holds a key position cannot be Archived but must be Novated, which will create a backup of the Project at the point the Novation occurs, and maintain the record of all their input up to that point, making a log entry in the Audit Log marking the occasion.
